Expanded Data Library

The MapDash Data Library is a dynamically changing collection of content that is curated and maintained by the Datastory team. While not specifically tied to the MapDash 2.4 release in September 2022, there are a number of new map layers that have been added recently and are worth highlighting. These include:

  • Private School Enrollment

  • Walkability Index

  • Foot Traffic Insights

  • Religiously Unaffiliated Population

  • Voting Districts

  • Urbanicity

  • Hispanic Population

  • Asian Population

  • Wildfires (active) and Fire Burned Areas (historical)

  • Commute Alternatives

Many more layers are available. To see what’s new, use the Add Data tool in MapDash and choose “All Data”, then sort the list by Date. Check back often for ongoing updates!
